Recently, customers in some regions have reported problems such as login difficulties and unsmooth connections when logging into the MT4 or MT5 trading software. Our company attaches great importance to this. In order to provide customers with a better online trading environment and enhance their trading experience, we will update and upgrade MT4/MT5 trading software and login servers. 

Update time: GMT+0 00:00, June 06, 2020 to 00:00, June 07, 2020, during the upgrade period, the customer's account will not be able to log in the MT4 and MT5 trading platform, but the deposit operations, withdrawals, and transfer applications performed during the period will not be affected.

1. GMT + 0 Time: 00:00, 7 June 2020 customers using the transaction software need to be re-downloaded and installed, the latest MT4/MT5 installation links and updated login server as follows:

We also remind you that the previous MT4 and MT5 trading software and servers will be deactivated at GMT+0 time June 07, 2020 00:00, please install the latest version of the transaction software in advance and change the server on time to log in again.

2. At that time, all the customer's positions, pending orders and account transaction history will be synchronized into the new transaction software, the transaction is not affected;

3. The account login server of PAMM multi-account management system will be changed to AUSGlobal-Live, and the transaction will not be affected;

4. If you use tools such as Expert Advisors, Indicators or Line Studies, please login before the opening of the new download trading software in advance of the configuration.
